Life is good at the Bear's Den! Beautiful wrap around porch with comfy rocking chairs for you to sit and view the amazing North Georgia Mountain range and awesome sunsets. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or sauna, read a book in front of the outdoor fireplace or spend time in the large game room playing pool or watching TV on the big screen. If you decide to leave the cabin, there are plenty of hiking trails just outside your door. Fishing, boating, gold mining, mountain bike riding and white water rafting is all within your reach. Want even more? How about a ride on the Smokey Mountain Railroad!
The Bear's
Den is a beautifully decorated two
bedroom, three bath cabin that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the
following:
 One king size bedroom, one queen size bedroom, a queen sleeper/sofa, and two full
size bathrooms on the main level
A full size bathroom on the patio/game room level
On the main level, gas log fireplace, central
heat and air, washer and dryer, satellite TV, DVD/VCR, stereo CD
player
Regulation size pool table
Lovely
covered porch and decks with gorgeous mountain views, Hot Tub, outdoor
wood burning fireplace, and gas grill
Sauna that looks out over the mountains
Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
Telephone, Movies, CD's, Games, and
Books
The fully equipped kitchen
includes:
Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, toaster, and coffee
maker
Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots,
and pans
The only items you'll need
to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $165 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each
additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night
plus tax.

Weekly rates are $1015 plus tax, plus each additional guest above four
(4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week per person plus tax.

Cleaning fee $70.

Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.

Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, and the Month of October.

Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always
Stay Free! With no pet
deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%)
deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen
(14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations
made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival
