Two Master bedrooms one on each level with their own private hot tubs overlooking the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Enormous two story windows in the family room make you feel like you are sitting in the wildness. Rock fireplace, tile bathrooms, large garden tub and decks galore. You won't know where to go first to prop your feet up and start to enjoy your time in the mountains. Located just a few minutes from Ellijay famous Apple Farms, you'll be sure to want to stop in for a "fresh out of the oven" apple pie. Of course there's plenty of hiking, fishing and water activities all just a stones throw away, so pack your bags and head on out to the Black Bear Retreat for a vacation you won't forget.
Black Bear Retreat is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:
 Two Master bedrooms with queen size beds, luxurious 400 count sheets, full size bathroom, and their own private hottubs
Gas-Log fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
Covered porch and connecting deck with stunning mountain views, gas-log fireplace, and propane gas grill
Wireless DSL Internet
Game room with Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, pool table, air hockey table, board and card games, and books
Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $165 per night plus tax for up to six (6) guests.

Weekly rates are $1015 plus tax.

Cleaning fee $75

Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.

Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.

Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival
