Cute and cozy, this comfy little one bedroom cabin is a real gem. Located on Laurel Ridge high above the adjacent mountains, you have a spectacular view of the Cohutta Wilderness from almost every window. Large screened in porch with rocking chairs and table, allows you to enjoy the stunning sunset night after night. Or if you prefer, watch the sun go down as you soak in the hot tub on the private lower deck. There's plently of hiking a stones throw away, as well as horseback riding, fishing and water activities at Lake Blue Ridge or the Toccoa river. Whether you decide to shop the day away in town or just lounge on the deck with a beverage of your choice, we know you'll be anxious to return to this relaxing mountain setting again and again.
Brown Bear Bungalow is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, one and a half bath log home that sleeps up to two (2) people and offers the following:
 One King size bed with luxurious 400 count sheets and a full size bathroom
Gas-burning fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
Beautifully decorated fenced in court yard
Covered porch and connecting deck with stunning mountain views, hot tub, and propane gas grill
Game room with large screen Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, foosball table, board and card games, and books
Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker
Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $150 per night plus tax for up to two (2) guests.

Weekly rates are $910 plus tax.

Cleaning fee $55.

Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.

Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.

Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival
