Then as the pave road winds down you end up in front a "Log Home Magazine" featured cabin, complete with all the bells and whistles of a luxury cabin. Situation directly on a small trout pond, relax in the double swing or one of the several rockers located on both the front and back porch. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, two story stackstone fireplace in the living room and large screened in porch with full table and chairs for your dining pleasure.
Located between the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge, there's plenty of hiking, horse back riding and water activities to keep you busy for days.
Cold Mountain pond is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:
- One king size bedroom with luxurious 400 count sheets and a full size bathroom
- Wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer
- Screened in sitting area over looking the pond, Hot Tub, wood burning fireplace, and propane gas grill
- Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV and Network Channels, DVD/VCR, board and card games, and books
- Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
- Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $165 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests.
- Weekly rates are $1015 plus tax.
- Cleaning fee $70.
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
- Three night minimum stay on Labor Day, the month of October and 1st week in November.
- Four night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
