Blue Sky Cabin Rentals

Perched atop one of the highest peaks in Georgia, this aptly named "Eagles View" will take your breath away. The term "you can see forever" easily comes to mind as you try and count ridge after ridge of the Rich Mountains. Beautifully decorated both inside and out, it will be hard to leave this lovely cabin for even a short day trip to town. If you choose to explore, there are plenty of hiking trails, river and lake adventures as well as shopping at your fingertips. For the more mellow at heart just grab a book or magazine and relax on the oversized deck, while soaking up one of nature's most perfect views.

Eagle's View is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, three bath cabin that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:

• One king and one queen size bed with luxurious 540 count sheets
• Central heat and air, washer and dryer
• Hot tub, private upstairs deck, propane grill, and covered outdoor porch “Living Room” with outdoor fireplace
• Game room with Air Hockey table, Stereo with I-pod docking station, integrated dish TV and music channels, DVD/VCR, dart board, and Sony Play Station
• Wireless DSL
• Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Newly updated kitchen with granite and stainless appliances
• Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
• Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

• Rates are $155 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night plus tax.
• Weekly rates are $945 plus tax, plus each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week per person plus tax.
• Cleaning fee $65.
• Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
• Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
• Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
