Eva's Lakeside
Located on Granny Lake, this fun little cabin is great for a couples retreat or a family getaway in the mountains. The cabin features a 3/4 wrap-around porch, with a swing built for two, rocking chairs and an outside eating area, all facing the lake. A large deck overhangs the lake, where you can throw in a fishing line and wait for the "big one" to take the bait. You can rent a canoe or just dive right in if you so please, there's nothing like the clean fresh waters of the North Georgia mountains to melt your stress away. This cozy cabin has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, flat screen TV, DSL , a pool table and hot tub for your entertainment.
Located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, you're just a few miles from either town, where you'll find shopping, restaurants and other mountain activities.
Eva's Lakeside is a beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:
- One King size bed, one Queen size bed, and two twin size beds with luxurious 400 count sheets
- Wood-burning fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
- Hot tub, and propane gas grill
- Pond side with a dock for Fishing and Swimming
- Canoe Available for rent $25 per day
- Game room with Pool Table and board games
- DSL Internet Access Available
- Flat Screen TV, Satellite with Network Channels, DVD, VCR, and Movies
- Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
- Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $155 per night plus tax for 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), each additional room is $40 per bedroom per night plus tax.
- Weekly rates are $945 plus tax, each additional room is $280 per room per week plus tax.
- Cleaning fee $85 plus tax.
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
- Three night minimum stay on Labor Day, the month of October and 1st week in November.
- Four night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
