The “Highlander Retreat” is a beautiful cabin to get away from it all and enjoy a nice long vacation or a short retreat for a few days. A time to get back to nature as you watch the sun rise over the mountains. A couple’s dream getaway to the mountains for peace and quiet and some down time from the real world. Located on one of the highest privately owned peaks in Georgia, you’ll have an awesome view of Rich Mountain as you soak your worries away in the hot tub, or on the new covered deck with outdoor fireplace. Sit back in the Adirondack chairs with a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. There are plenty of activities, including hiking from your front door or nearby Fort Mtn. State Park. Horseback riding, golfing, rafting and trout fishing all within minutes of the cabin. Ideally located between the quaint towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge, there are plenty of shops and restaurants if you so choose. Other popular, neighboring towns are Helen and Dahlonega. Highlander Retreat is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:

• Extra Large Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and full size private bathroom
• One Queen size bed with full size bathroom
• Wood-burning fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
• Screened in porch with covered deck and out door fireplace with stunning mountain views, hot tub, outdoor swing on covered patio, and propane gas grill
• Game room with large screen Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, pool table, foosball table, electronic dart board, board and card games, and books
• Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
• Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

• Rates are $150 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests.
• Weekly rates are $910 plus tax.
• Cleaning fee $65.
• Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
• Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
• Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
