This custom built log cabin sits directly on Lake Buckhorn in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.The Lake House is the perfect place to spend your getaway time. The setting is truly stunning. You may just want to relax on the private covered deck and have lunch or unwind in the hot tub and watch the reflections on the lake. How about trying your luck fishing or take a hike (directly from the cabin) around the Griffin Thrasher Trail. You can have you choice its all just steps from your cabin. You will certainly want to return again and again.

The Lake House is a beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:

• One King size bed and Two Queen size beds with luxurious 400 count sheets
• Wood-burning fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
• Covered porch and connecting deck with stunning mountain and lake views, private lake front deck, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and propane gas grill
• 32" Flat Screen HDTV with Satalite and Network Channels, DVD/VCR, board and card games, and books
• 25" Flat Screen TV with DVD player in master bedroom and 19" TV in lake side guest bedroom
• DSL Internet Access Available
• Lakeside fishing dock with 16' Old Town canoe and NEW 4 person pedal boat w/canopy and cooler! Free use for our Guests!
• Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
• Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

• Rates are $175 per night plus tax for up to six (6) guests.
• Weekly rates are $1085 plus tax for up to six (6) guests.
• Cleaning fee $90.
• Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
• Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the month of October.
• Seven night minimum stay for 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
