Aptly named, "Paradise on the Pond" is the perfect setting to get away from your busy everyday routine. Located on 2 1/2 acres you can lounge on the extra large screened in wrap around porch where you can view this quaint and quiet pond. Walk on down to the platform and enjoy the outdoor fireplace and cypress swing as you sip the beverage of your choice. Inside there's a beautiful kitchen with large island and built in Jennair grill. There's a library and video room so you can just relax and catch up with a good book or movie. Private upstairs bedroom with king sized bed, loft and a full bathroom.

Located between the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge there are plenty of activities and outdoor adventures if you decide to leave the cabin. So, come and enjoy all that this beautifully decorated cabin on the pond has to offer.

Paradise on the Pond is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:

• One king size bed and One queen size bed with luxurious 400 count sheets
• Wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer
• Front and back screened in porches, outside kitchen area with propane gas grill, hot tub, outside deck with wood burning fireplace and cypress swing and chairs
• Canoe Available for rent $25 per day.
• 42" Flat screen TV with Satellite and Network Channels, DVD/VCR, and books
• Loft game room with board and card games, foosball, 27” TV with Satellite
• Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
• Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

• Rates are $155 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests.
• Weekly rates are $945 plus tax.
• Cleaning fee $65.
• Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
• Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
• Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
