Oh, what a setting! Located directly on 200 feet of the Toccoa River, with a good 75 feet of width as far as the eye can see. This riverside cabin is a great place to escape to if you're sick and tired of the hustle and bustle of city life. Two bedroom, one with a king and one with a queen and two bathrooms, it's the perfect couples getaway or to share some together time with the family. It's an ideal spot, with this portion of the river stocked and brimming with trout. So while the guys can throw in their lines and wait for that trophy trout to jump on their hooks, the gals can be soaking in the hot tub with their favorite beverages as the river current sweep their stress away.
Located just 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, you'll have plenty of activities to choose from. Possibly the train ride to McCaysville, boating on Lake Blue Ridge, tubing on the Toccoa or some great shopping in one of the many "specialty" boutiques. And definitely don't miss out on some of the newer upscale restaurants that have recently been established in this quaint little mountain town.
Riverside Retreat is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:
 One king size bed and one queen size bed with luxurious 400 count sheets and a full size bathroom
Toccoa River Fronting
Fenced in outdoor Pet Area
Central heat and air, washer and dryer
Covered porch and connecting deck with stunning mountain views, hot tub, and propane gas grill
Large screen basic Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, board and card games, and books
Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $165 per night plus tax for up to six (6) guests.

Weekly rates are $1015 plus tax.

Cleaning fee $75.

Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.

Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.

Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival
