The sunset is a luxuriously appointed four bedroom, three bath log home that sleeps up to eight people. There are three levels, each with decks and views, laying in your king size bed you can view the mountains through the beautiful glass French doors. Large family room with a wood burning fireplace, TV with movies, DVD's and board games. Up for some fun, head to the lower level for a game of foosball.You can also just sit and enjoy the sunset while soaking in the hot tub, or while you lounge in front of the extra large outdoor fireplace. If you please, venture into town, both Ellijay and Blue Ridge have some of the best little antique shops around, or if you're really adventurous head up to the Oconee White Water center, site of the 1996 Olympics and try your hand at white water rafting.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

• Rates are $210 per night for up to eight (8) plus taxes.
  As a two bedroom, two bath rates are $155 per night plus taxes for up to four (4) guests.
• Weekly rates are $1330 plus tax for up to eight (8) plus taxes.
  As a two bedroom, two bath rates are $945 per week plus taxes for up to four (4) guests.
• Cleaning fee $85 plus tax.
  As a two bedroom, two bath Cleaning fees $65 plus tax.
• Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
• Three night minimum stay on Labor Day, the month of October and 1st week in November.
• Four night minimum stay for New Years and Memorial Day.
• Seven night minimum stay for 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
