The Tree House
Spectacular North Georgia Mountain views await you at the aptly named “The Tree House”. The Tree House is located on three and one-half acres of densely wooded forests. Featuring a vaulted porch, upper and lower decks and nestled high amongst the mountain tree tops. For the adventurous, the Benton MacKaye Hiking Trail is less than one mile away. Afterwards relax on the porch and listen to the sounds of the night, maybe enjoy a soak in the large hot tub or a cozy interlude in front of the wood burning fireplace while watching the brilliant colors of the sunset. Spend some family time in the game room with a little foosball or air-hockey.
The Tree House is a gorgeously decorated two bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:
- One king size bedroom with luxurious -400 count sheets, One queen size bedroom with luxurious 400 count sheets and full bath on the main level
- 40" Flat Screen TV in Master Bedroom
- Game Room with a foosball table and air-hockey table
- Dog gates on the Decks, Large Hot Tub on Patio Level
- Wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer
- Lovely vaulted porch with stunning mountain views, propane gas grill, chiminea, and eating area
- Wireless DSL Internet
- 42" LCD Flat Panel TV, Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, Telephone, Movies, CD Player, Games, and Books
- Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Granite Counter tops, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
- Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $155 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests.
- Weekly rates are $945 plus tax.
- Cleaning fee $70 plus tax.
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
- Three night minimum stay on Labor Day, the month of October and 1st week in November.
- Four night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
