Perched perfectly within the boundaries of the Chattahoochee National Forest, A-pool-achian Escape provides long-range views of the beautiful mountains, all in the comfort of a home that takes you back in time with its unique craftsmanship and beauty. Imagine yourself relaxing on the spacious covered decks complete with rocking chairs and hammock, and the stunning screened-in porch with wood burning fireplace absorbing the breathtaking beauty that surrounds you. Enjoy a luxurious soak in the hot tub overlooking a perfect mountain sunset. Beat the heat this summer with the enticing infinity pool - something the whole family can enjoy! (Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Once inside, you'll find yourself wrapped in the warmth of ceiling to floor wood and a generous amount of windows that bring those incredible views inside. The well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances boasts a breakfast bar as well as a spacious dining area with a view. The lovely King Suite with flat-screen TV has a sitting area and its own private bath with double vanities and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower. Upstairs you’ll find a comfortable sitting and entertainment area that includes a flat-screen TV, Wii Console, and plenty of board games and movies. Downstairs, enjoy an incredible Recreation Center with comfortable seating, a two-sided stacked-rock fireplace, flat-screen TVs, pool table, air hockey.
If it's an outdoor adventure you crave, you won't be disappointed! This area is home to several famous hiking trails including The Appalachian Trail at Woody Gap, Benton MacKaye, Cooper Creek, and Yellow Mountain. You are just minutes from world-class trout fishing such as the Toccoa River, Cooper Creek, Lake Winfield Scott, and the Chattahoochee Forest National Fish Hatchery. The only thing missing is you!

A-pool-achian Escape is a beautifully decorated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath log home that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $375 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, guest service fee, and a 12% lodging tax

An excellent stay, very secluded. Couldn't hear or see any neighbors, no light pollution, only sounds were the insects. The beds were all very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot-tub were great, and the view from them is fantastic. Watching the sunset or the clouds roll in over the mountains was very relaxing. The road up to the cabin is very windy for the last 30 minutes, but we had no trouble getting up there in a minivan (we stayed in the summer). There is a great trailhead (Woody Gap) about 20 minutes down, and two small country stores ~10 minutes away.

Our stay is one our group will remember. The space is very spacious and comfortable with many areas to congregate. The game room provided lots of fun activities and the pool and hot tub were a hit. The best part of the Cabin is definitely the view, which is beautiful and serene.

We had a magnificent time here. The rental was clean, updated and well stocked. We enjoyed eating prepping our meals and eating as a family overlooking the beautiful scenery of the river and wildlife. The pool was awesome as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great vacation spot to get away for a romantic trip or a trip with kids. You will enjoy this place either way. We highly recommend it!!!

We came to enjoy Labor Day weekend. We rarely left, simply because who would want to leave this amazing home?!! We enjoyed laying by the pool (too cold to swim) and the hot tub. Look no further than this cabin. Book it now! Very big, very nice, very clean. Mountain top view, wonderful pool, clean hot tub, awesome game/entertainment room, small fire pit, huge screened in deck, awesome open floor plan between the living room, dinning area and kitchen. This location has it all. The management company for the property was polite, professional, and prompt to take care of anything we needed. We will be booking it again. One negative which would be an easy fix would be to up date/grade the wireless router. It was very unreliable and unusable. Book this cabin!
