Baby Blue Ridge is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath log home that sleeps up to 10 and offers the following:- Great room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV with a gas burning fireplace (gas active Oct. 1st-Apr. 1st)
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Main level deck with 50' Roku TV, outdoor gas burning fireplace (gas active Oct. 1st-Apr. 1st)
- King Master bedroom on the main level with 45 inch TV with a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and deck access
- Queen bedroom on the main level
- King bedroom on the main level with reading nook
- Swinging bed on the main level deck
- Terrace level bunk room with 2 bunk beds full/full with 55 inch TV

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $270 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 13% lodging tax Fannin County Lodging Certificate #52714
