Please be aware, at this cabin due to restrictions in the subdivision, there is a strict NO MOTORCYCLE/NO TRAILER/NO EXCEPTIONS Policy in place. If you bring a motorcycle or Trailer to this location, they may be towed at your expense or you may be asked to leave the community. At Blue Sky Cabin Rentals we do offer other properties that are motorcycle and trailer friendly so please let us know if you will be bringing either and we will be happy to send you quotes for other options.

Beautifully decorated with ceiling to floor windows which allows you to enjoy watching the river stream while lounging by the indoor wood burning fireplace. Fish right outside your back door and then continue your fishing experience by preparing your trout in this well-equipped kitchen. Cartecay Canoe House has all the amenities you need close by with the relaxing feel of home. The cabin sits on a river that is conveniently connected to the exit point for several river outfitters. Cartecay Canoe House is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom riverfront cabin that sleeps up to 4 and offers the following:This cabin is equipped with a security camera that faces the driveway
- Queen bedroom on the main level with 28" flat-screen TV with local cable, and shared access to the main floor bathroom with bathtub/shower combo
- Queen bed on the upper level with 28" flat-screen TV with local cable, private bathroom with tub/shower combo, and private deck access
- Great room with wood-burning fireplace (only active Oct.1 - April 1. A starter bundle of firewood is provided) 46" flat-screen TV with local cable
- Fully furnished kitchen with drip basket-style coffee maker, bar seating, and dining with seating for 4
- Hot tub
- Property has steep entry with multiple stairs to enter front door
- PET-FRIENDLY up to 25lbs
- WIFI- Mountain Speed
- Propane Grill
All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $110 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
