Casa Del Rio is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:
This property is equipped with a security camera that faces the front door and under the lower deck in the back, facing the river to monitor river levels during severe storms
- King Master on the UPPER-level private bathtub/shower combo, private screened-in balcony overlooking the river, 32" Smart TV/DVD
- Queen bedroom on MAIN level
- Queen bedroom on MAIN level
- Full bathroom on the MAIN level tub/shower combo
- The great room has a wood-burning fireplace ( a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1-April 1), 55 inch Smart TV, and DVD player
- Large screened-in porch overlooking the river
- Hot Tub
- Firepit (firewood not provided)
- Mostly paved roads to the cabin (3 tenths mile of good gravel road)
- Not pet-friendly

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $145 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, a Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it's for use of the resorts gates), guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
