The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig, enjoy breakfast together, or prepare a romantic dinner without ever leaving your riverside retreat.

- King Master on UPPER-level private bath with walk-in shower
- Full bathroom on the MAIN level with walk-in shower
- The living room has a gas fireplace (active Oct 1st- Apr 1st), 55'' smart tv
- Covered porch and connecting deck
- Private River Front on the Ellijay River
- Double swing and deck seating overlooking the river

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include a $105 Cleaning fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
