coffee, afternoon lounging, or evenings spent unwinding after a day in the mountains. Downstairs, the tone shifts to fun and flexibility. The lower level doubles as a game room and
second living space, featuring foosball, air hockey, and two sets of twin bunks. It’s an ideal setup for kids or teens to have their own space, while the rest of the group enjoys a quieter
atmosphere upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, giving you everything you need for meals during your stay. The breakfast bar with seating for three keeps things casual and
connected. The dining table for six provides a comfortable space for shared meals, games, and

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following, unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $185 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 13% lodging tax, Fannin County
