This place was amazing! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. We've rented cabins before, but none were as beautiful as this one. My husband said he could stay another month, and he's never said that before! We hiked almost every day; there are so many great trails. We would definitely recommend staying here. It's far enough away from others, but close enough to downtown with plenty of dining options.

We had everything we needed and enjoyed the fire pit, horseshoes, and the hot tub. This has been one of our favorite cabins, and we would love to come back! Oh, the kids really enjoyed playing tether ball too.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was exactly as describedclean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor area was perfect with the hot tub, grill, beautiful views, and a wood-burning fireplace right by the hot tub. We also loved having the wood-burning fireplace inside for cozy nights. The property sits right on the water, and while it is about 152 steps down to the lake (the walk back up is definitely a workout!), the peaceful waterfront is absolutely worth it. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and being by the water. The cabin was well stocked and clean. The beds are comfortable. The river is beautiful and lots of deer walking by.

This place exceeded our expectations! Very spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you possible need. The master bedroom is a DREAM. I hosted a couples trip with a total of 4 couples and there was more than enough space for all of us. Would definitely book again!!!

We had such a relaxing and wonderful time in the cabin! We saw a ton of deer! It was so comfortable and we loved that it was decorated for Christmas! There was lots of shopping in all the Blue Ridge and Ellijay.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving here. Drinking coffee on the porch swing, making s'mores under the lights, fishing, seeing the deer, and playing board games were some of our favorite activities.

We visited downtown Ellijay and attended a wedding at Summit Farms. The views are absolutely amazing! We played lots of UNO and made s'mores in the fire pit while watching the deer. Happy Thanksgiving!

Our stay at Carter's Lake Overlook was fun and relaxing. None of the teenagers said a cross word the entire trip. The kitchen was well stocked for our Thanksgiving dinner. We all hated to leave.

We were very happy with the reservation process, the choices of rentals, and the check-in process.

Lovely property. We went shopping in Blue Ridge, trail hiking, and visited with family.

A Absolutely one of my favorite cabins. The different levels on the porches and I love how the doggy area links to the porches. But we also loved The scenery, how well the cabin was taken care of. It had all the essential things for cooking.
