All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $285 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (this is not a physical pass it is for use of the gates at the resort), and a 15% lodging tax

Wow the "Mountain Mist" cabin was beyond our expectations :)
The space was perfect for our leadership retreat, and the view in the back was spectacular - enjoyable from the outdoor deck on the main and top floors. At night we could hear a symphony of all kinds of creatures! We had a group of 12, and rented 3 different cabins - I think "Mountain Mist" was the best, and it became the central meeting place. The outdoor deck on the main floor has a nice gas grill and seating area. Around the corner is another great seating area with fire pit - perfect for hanging out and making s'mores. They also have a nice-size hot tub although we didn't take advantage of it.
Driveway was super steep and they have a parking area that could fit at least 4 vehicles.
The cabin was very clean when we arrived.
We will definitely be back! Only a 90-min drive from Atlanta!
