Toccozy Cabin Retreat is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath + loft  mountain cabin that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:

• King master on the main level with a 40" Smart TV
• Main level communal bathroom with walk-in shower & soaking tub
• Upper-level queen bedroom with two (2) queen beds with 32' TV
• Upper-level communal bathroom with tub/shower combo
• Open loft with queen bed
• The great room has a wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided October 1st- April 1st), 50" Smart TV 
• Terrace-level game room with 40' TV with local cable, pool table, and foosball
• Hot Tub  
• Riverside Fire Pit
• Cornhole, and tetherball outside 
• Non-Pet-friendly
• WIFI

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $170 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, guest service fee, and a 13% lodging tax
