Great cabin Great cabin with nice view

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. All were impressed with the cleanliness. Our teenagers really enjoyed the pool table, and basement area. We, the adults, got to enjoy the views and relax. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We did some mean cooking as well while we enjoyed the area's attractions. All in all we loved the cabin. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. The View from the balcony is beautiful! Could not get the fireplace to work. We Will definitely plan on booking this cabin again. Our fur babies enjoyed it as well!

Hello, First off WOW!!! The cabin exceeded our expectations on the quality and a the view. We have lived on a beach in Florida and now we live in the mountains near Gatlinburg Tennessee, it was amazing to wake up to that view every morning and just to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the nightfall every night. The cabin was great for my kids to have a place to escape to in the basement and they played together all weekend!! My parents have hip and knee problems and they both had a great time also and enjoyed that everything they needed was on the main floor. We loved that when needed we all had a place to go on a different level of the house for quite time. We will be booking again very soon hopefully in early October. Thank you for having a wonderful place we can escape to with our pets and we can all enjoy!! Also my 14 year old barely touched his electronics he either sat on the porch and watched nature, worked on a puzzle with the family, or played board games that were in the cabin for us to enjoy. Such a pleasure to stay at Blessings N D Skies! Extremely comfortable for our group of four. Family dinners on the picnic table provided outside were such a joy, overlooking a lovely view. Really appreciate that our dog was also welcome. A stress-free and happy place to be.

Definitely overcame our expectations! Comfortable, clean, and well equipped cabin. My mother and my sister were visiting us from Mexico, and they were extremely pleased with the experience. Zero issues!

From the moment we booked, to our arrival and throughout our stay we were at home! The cabin "Blessings N D Skies" was absolutely magnificent in all respects from its amenities to the cabin itself. Our kitchen was fully equipped and as it turns out, we didn't need to bring one item from our own kitchen. If all Blue Sky cabins are equipped like ours was, don't worry about that can opener or that pizza pan! It is there! The view from our cabin was simply amazing (a three state view - NC/GA/TN). Even on the overcast day the view was breathtaking! Talk about games/dvd/vhs tapes, there are plenty to choose from! The beds were big and very comfy, plenty of dresser room to unpack and feel at home, and the bathrooms stocked and comfortable. I just loved the way the cabin was furnished with a bear/outdoors theme. The knick-knacks were just great from a bear in a tub to the wall hangings to the cabin style toothbrush holders. All perfect theme items and neat ideas. We only had a few issues during our stay...and they were minor. The porch light on the bottom floor with the hot tub did not work. We tried a replacement bulb and it still did not work. Some remotes for the TV had bad batteries, and the ironing board leg frame was broken. We called maintenance but they did not come during our stay, but like I said these were minor items! We had hoped the light would have gotten fixed so we could have it while enjoying the amazing hot tub! We just used the lights from the top porches to illuminate the bottom deck. Caution...if it rains...the roads do get a bit slippery, but we had no issues, just be careful as some roads are gravel and mountainous (as the pre-arrival information mentions). These roads are definitely mountainous and fun (we thought) to traverse. We did some walking to the higher (and lower elevations) and enjoyed the scenery and views and checked out some other cabins for future possibilities of renting. If you like a good workout walking the roads up and down will definitely give you a good workout. It was great! Even though they are mountain roads, you will not need any specialized vehicles or vehicle attachments. We have a Dodge Grand Caravan and it made it just fine. Again, our stay was fabulous and we look forward to our next stay at Blue Sky's in Blue Ridge!

Blessings N D Skies is a great cabin. The couples that traveled with us to the cabin were greatly surprised with the space and views. The cabin was clean and it was good to have private baths for each couple. We cooked breakfast and dinner both nights and had everything we needed for cookware in the cabin. We also enjoyed time at Morganton Point park, fishing, swimming, kayaking. I would recommend this cabin and please follow the directions provided and not gps as stated.
