All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $95 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax

Bears! They were everywhere. We had Bears on both porches. We even had bears in the Hot tub!....Sorry, I meant BEERS!! Great place and a wonderful stay! We will be back, saw plenty of deer, But no bears. Fun days & nights spent and just the R&R we needed! It would be nice to have a tiny bathroom on the bottom floor for those with knee/hip pops & cracks! But, no biggie. We still give River Rendezvous a 10

It was a very enjoyable stay. Our timing was perfect in order to catch the changing of the leaves. Very comfortable cabin. Beautiful view and so glad no pets, to avoid fleas and ticks. The only problem we had was getting used to the stairs - it's hard to tell when you're on a landing or on a step for those last few near the bottom. My wife fell twice the first night!

The stay an staff were fantastic. our cabin had an issue with the Directv and a fix was offered, but we did not need it. Came to the mountains to get away from it and the repair was delayed till after our stay. Everything was great, we love this cabin and will be coming back again. The sounds of the river were perfect and the thunderstorm at night added to the experience. We will be coming back soon.

My goal for the weekend was to relax. The staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable about the available cabins, right down to motorcycle accessibility. They were wonderful to work with. The cabin on the river was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and perfect. The hot tub was very relaxing as was being able to hear the rushing water at night from the bedroom. I did not want to leave when our time was up. The cabin, my company for the weekend and the relaxation was perfect!! Thank you. I will be calling again for a getaway into the mountains.

The customer service was excellent, Jesse assisted us with booking the cabin for my husband's birthday weekend. It was very last minute spontaneous trip; and she made sure she secured our reservation promptly and quickly.
