Maybe you are two (2) families wanting to experience North GA together? No worries, The Barn at Cold Mountain Pond is on the same property as Blue Sky's top-rated Cold Mountain Pond. Step inside this newly renovated cabin and experience country charm with a modern spin. Don't forget to drop your line in the private pond and try your luck at a largemouth bass while you're there. The Barn is also comfortably situated alongside Rock Creek if you are up for some trout fishing! Located between the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge, there are plenty of hiking, horseback riding, and water activities to keep you busy for days.
Amenities
The Barn at Cold Mountain Pond is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms renovated barn-style cabin that will sleep two people and offers the following:
All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $110 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax

The Barn at Cold Mountain Pond was a delight. It was small and spare, but clean. However, that just made our stay that much nicer! It was such an idyllic setting and we were able to walk the pasture or sit on the screened-in porch. I would rent here again.

Lot of companies advertise how great they are but just don't back it up- from start to finish your company is by far the best- you have what you say you have- directions couldn't have possible been any easier to understand and cabin was very clean an fresh- not stale and full of cobwebs- check in an out was totally quick and easy and painless! We absolutely loved our stay at the Barn at Cold Mountain Pond! It was exactly what we needed for our Honeymoon. It was in a quiet spot. It was beautiful inside and out. We really loved being able to take walks through the beautiful scenery! Not only was the cabin area really nice, but we were really close (only about 20 minutes away) to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. It was easy to run get anything that we needed

Very, very clean! Beautiful cabin in a perfect setting. The barn, the pond,the land right there is beautiful! . Was the perfect place for my wife and I to get away from crazy work life and just relax. I only caught 1 fish, but thats my fault. Only thing we missed was a cozy fire. 95% perfect 100% with a fire pit. I understand why its not there and I will definitely be back! Thank you!
