Had some trouble finding the cabin initially, called and spoke with Hailey, a member from your team. Hailey was patient and kind, she stayed on the phone with me until I felt I was comfortable with my directions. I called back 3 times, letting my nerves get the best of me, she calmly explained that she knew exactly where I was and how to get back on track. Best customer service I have received in a while!

Moonlight Hideaway was just what the doctor ordered! I havent stopped raving about our stay in October since we have been home. I have recommended this get away to all of my family and friends. My husband and I came for our 1 year wedding anniversary, couldnt have picked a more relaxing place. We cannot wait to visit again, currently planning a early March trip to bring the kiddos and pups for spring break!

This was my Valentine's surprise for my sweet husband. The cabin was so cozy and the views are amazing. We greatly enjoyed being able to bring our fur babies, and loved all the dog friendly places around us. We can't wait to come back again.

Our family has enjoyed this cabin very much! We are excited to make a trip back. Kids and dogs loved the area, creek, fire pit, the yard. and the games. Such a beautiful place to stay. We hope to come back soon!

Only thing I would recommend is to have a physical drop box for the gate pass when we are leaving in non business hours, and don't have the code to the lock box, I had to leave under the mat and then call back to let them know what I had done so I didn't get the $100 charge

I think I have covered most everything for the property, the master bed could be firmer, and grill could be better quality, and knowing how to control the gas fireplace in LR

Everyone was quite helpful.

We enjoyed everything about it except the parking situation, especially when we had to park on the upper area. Aside from that, Cartecay Canoe House was wonderful! Very nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The view of the river cannot be beat.
