Dellinger Retreat On The River is nestled in the Coosawattee River Resort, known for its wildlife and excellent fishing! You are also minutes from downtown Ellijay full of antique shops and rooftop dining!

Dellinger Retreat On The River is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:

• King Master on the main level with deck access and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub
• Main level communal half bath
• Upper right Queen bedroom
• Upper-level communal bathroom with tub/shower combo
• Upper left Queen bedroom with private deck access 
• The great room has a gas fireplace (only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st) & 42' flat-screen TV 
• Terrace level great room with 65' Smart TV
• Terrace level game room with pool table, darts, and game table
• Hot Tub 
• Firepit by Riverside (firewood not provided)
• Mostly paved roads to the cabin (1 mile of good gravel road)

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees include $175 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, a Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it's for use of the resorts gates), guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
