Live Love Lake is a beautifully decorated 5 bedroom, 3 bath log home that sleeps up to fourteen (14) people and offers the following:

• Blue Ridge Lake is a TVA-controlled lake with water levels that are dropped in the winter season

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum, and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, 1 dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees include a $550 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, guest service fee, and a 13% lodging tax Fannin County Lodging Certificate #2977
