New to Blue Sky Cabin Rentals as of 2021, we introduce you to Liberty Lookout! Liberty Lookout is a 2 bedroom + Loft property with a spacious open loft, sleeping up to 6 guests!
This beautiful cypress log cabin offers long-range mountain views and more than 20 acres of private land & a dreamy gazebo next to the pond.
This gorgeous secluded home has so much for every member of the family. If you're competitive, head downstairs to the game room where you will find foosball, ping pong, and bean bag toss. Liberty Lookout truly does have it all. You will also find the hot tub on the lower level with a trail leading down to the private pond.
On the main level, enjoy coffee or wine, whatever tastes right, next to the outdoor wood burning fireplace. A wonderful area to gather around on those cool North Georgia nights!
Both bedrooms have cozy reading nooks offering a quiet, tranquil space to relax with a good book in hand. Don't forget to spend some time out on the wrap-around porch and breath in the fresh mountain air!

Liberty Lookout is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom + Loft, 4 bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:
All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $215 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
This cabin is equipped with a security camera that faces the driveway.

All we can say is WOW! The views, property and cabin are amazing! We had such a great time and really enjoyed walking down to the pond. We took a day trip to Fort Mountain State Park! We hiked the Big Rock Trail and wow the waterfall and views are breathtaking! We will definitely be going back to hike the other trails! Between our dogs and kids, I'm not sure who enjoyed it more! Thank you so much for an unforgettable family vacation!

This is our 3rd year visiting Liberty Lookout. We feel this is our home away from home. It was a special treat to see the cabin decorated for the holidays. The huge Christmas tree gave a warm ambiance to the cabin. It was cold during our visit (lows in the upper 20's) and we really enjoyed the nightly fires and smores. We even got to see a few perfect snowflakes fall (which is rare for Floridians)! This year we found a little gems thanks to one of the previous guests who wrote about it in the log book - we went to Carter's Lake and hiked the Tumbling Waters Nature Trail. It was not too far from the cabin and our kids and dogs loved it. It was a favorite part of the trip for me. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We hope to return in 2024!

This is our 3rd time to Ellijay and Liberty Lookout is by far the BEST cabin we have stayed at. We loved the seclusion on the beautiful acreage and all the comforts in the cozy cabin. The views are amazing. love the decor and all the woodwork, especially the table with the Buffalo nickels set in the. We had a wonderful time with great memories! We plan on coming back again.

Wow! We had a wonderful time. Just not long enough. We enjoyed everything about the cabin. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. There are at least 2 fish in the pond that I caught, Bream. My 15 year old granddaughter is a ghost hunter. She took the rempod to the playroom and discovered that there is a ghost down there. Whitewater rafting was so much fun. We rafted the Oconee , just an hour away. Also enjoyed shopping in Ellijay. There is an amazing plant shop with beautiful plants that are reasonably priced.

All we can say is "wow"! This has been an amazing getaway for our "mini-moon" and this home is truly a HOME. The property is beautiful, the view is incredible and we had everything we needed. Being here has helped us realize that we need to purchase out here! We had brunch at Butchery and Bottle, which was great. We're definitely going to make this a regular getaway and will continue to use Liberty Lookout!

We absolutely loved every minute in your beautiful cabin. Even though it was a quick weekend getaway, it rested two very weary souls and set the imagination of our daughter on fire. 11 amazing days in this cabin! This year has been a rough one and I cannot express my gratitude that you had the house fully decorated for the holidays! The 12 foot tree was my favorite thing about the cabin! We take the time each year to come to North Georgia as an annual getaway and we will be back next year to Liberty Lookout. We spent our time catching up on life, puzzles, and cooking. The kitchen here was fully equipped for 2 people who love to cook and be in the kitchen. our yearly outing to the Swan Drive in and dinner at Sue's Burger in Blue Ridge is a perfect date night here. We will look forward to next year here and can't wait to make more memories here! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
