Carter's Lake Overlook is located in a very remote, heavily wooded gated community 20 minutes outside of Ellijay. During that drive, you will find fantastic country scenery to pass the miles to downtown Ellijay.
On the square, you'll find wonderful stops! From pottery to cigar bars, fine dining, bagel and coffee shops, and everything in between!

Carter's Lake Overlook is a Large Lodge  with a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom log home that can sleep up to eight (10) guests and offers the following:

This cabin is equipped with a security camera that faces the driveway 

• Large great room with 62' inch flat-screen Smart TV with Direct TV and Wood Burning fireplace ( provided Oct. 1st - April 1st)
• Large Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large dining area
• Main-level communal half bathroom 
• King Master on the main level, private gas fireplace with bathroom and walk-in shower 40" inch flat screen tv with Direct TV
• King bed on upper level with 32' inch flat-screen TV with Direct TV
• Queen bed on upper level with 32' inch flat-screen TV with Direct TV
• Shared Bathroom on the upper level 
• Terrace level great room offers a wet bar and TV
• Terrace-level media room with 65" TV
• Terrace-level Bunk Room with 2 full-size beds
• Terrace-level shared bathroom 
• Game room on terrace level with Pool Table and Air Hockey
• Hot Tub
• WIFI

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees include a $320 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
