Sweet treat for a family reunion in the N Ga mountains. The minute you walk in you are in awe of the creativity that surrounds you stay!. Retreat under a canopy of trees, river only a few steps away for a tubbing voyage. Day trips not far away! On a raining day the new Elijah movie theater was awesome. Blue sky rentals were a pleasure to work with, We made the wrong turn finding the cabin, they returned our call in seconds. Savoring the memories!

The cabin was very nice and we enjoyed the weekend.

We loved the cabin, it was so much nicer than the one we had last year. The privacy was also a plus. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable week. Will definitely use you guys again for our cabin rentals.

Beautiful cabin; however, it could use some updating and decor. Beautiful and peaceful location.

The Barn at Cold Mountain Pond was a delight. It was small and spare, but clean. However, that just made our stay that much nicer! It was such an idyllic setting and we were able to walk the pasture or sit on the screened-in porch. I would rent here again.

Cold Mountain Pond Cabin was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend our 10th wedding anniversary. We needed some quiet and alone time together to reconnect and relax. We were able to enjoy our weekend in this quiet, secluded cabin. It reminded us of a fairy tale like Hansel and Gretel. Our only complaint was the bed (uncomfortable). We still highly recommend this cabin to anyone. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to nature and watching the fish and turtles in the pond. We even loved the frog that lived outside the bedroom window each night and croaked all night.

We had a wonderful time this past weekend! We loved the cabin and Blueridge. We WILL be back - with regard to being back, we already have another reservation for August and are considering doing another one in July. Does Blue Sky offer a discount for 'frequent' visitors? Also, you may want to include on this rental (and others in this neighborhood) that this is a hiker's/trail runners paradise. I say this, as I am a trail runner, and there is direct access (within walking/running) distance access to the Benton Mackaye Trail here. This was key for me this weekend, and I think it would help others to discover this rental if they are interested in that kind of thing.

We loved our cabin!! Had a wonderful time!! My grandson left his Ipad and charging block on the couch as you come in the door. Could you all get that and either mail it to me or maybe I can get my son to make a trip up there. Please let me know. Wishing we all had been able to stay another day!! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedar Shoals. The cabin itself is beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and the property couldn't be more perfectly situated. We really enjoyed having such easy access to the river and having a fire pit overlooking the perfect river view. We will definitely be returning often. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay. Only problem we had was the loss of power due to storms on Saturday and Sunday but it was not a big deal. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend blue sky cabin rentals.

My fiance & I,along with my daughter,son in-law & my grandson chose this cabin for a weekend getaway.The cabin is gorgeous, inside & out.It was well stocked with everything we needed.We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The guys fished from daylight until well after dark.I'm an outdoor person,so i was only inside to keep things cleaned up or help prepare a meal.I lived on the lower deck watching the guys fish or relaxing on the main floor screened porch.

Awesome cabin! I could just stay on the back porch and watch and listen to the river for hours. We will be back.

This cabin is a bit tight on room but it makes up for that with the awesome decks and great creek/river in the back of it. Cool waters about 1-3 feet deep in some spots make for a great place to relax and put your feet in. Truly was a relaxing week spent with no worries at all. 5 minutes from Mercier and about 10 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge.

WE had a fun time everything was clean and neat . WE had two lights blown when we first arrived the stairs leading to our bed room was blown and our bathroom light was out. but that was not a problem . looking foreword to our next stay, maybe next week July,4 .
