Just got home a couple days ago from staying at A Bit of it All and my family and I loved this place. They were truly sad and almost cried that we had to go home and I would have requested an extra day if it wasnt already booked. So I guess you could say from that statement alone, the cabin was amazing! My review has a few complaints but 90% of it was my fault and I still give it 5 stars. I guess I didnt equate that the master was on the 3rd floor and the kids room was on the 1st. (My Fault) But I have 3 kids, the oldest is 10 and loved sleeping down there in the bunkroom and waking up to play old school Pac Man and having her own giant TV. The second is 3 and we didnt want her to sleep so far away from us because she still comes to us in the middle of the night and 3 flights of stairs was a lot. So we put her on the loft outside our room and she loved it. The 3rd is still only 1 and we brought her Pac & play (saved the trip) but because she is so young, I went up the street and bought two baby gates to keep her from going up or down the stairs. Again, no ones fault but my own, traveling with small children is tricky at times when things arent baby proof. But they had a blast and so did I. We cooked every meal there, kitchen had everything you could possibly need and I use a lot for prep, cooking and storage. Never ended up needing anything! The home is so nicely decorated that I think they paid a professional to do it, its great. The hot tub was a nice extra, I used it every night in 20* weather, well worth it. The only downfall like someone else mentioned a month or so ago is that you couldnt use the outdoor fireplace or fire-pit due to it being so dry and a county burn ban. Were used to these types of bans so we understand it. And the other was how hot the 3rd floor gets from the in-door electric fireplace. It felt great and was much needed on the main floor but so hot upstairs. Honestly though, if thats all I have to complain about, Im not really complaining. It didnt change how we felt about the place, we loved it and are planning on coming back next year if we can book it when needed. I searched high & low for a long time for the perfect cabin and this was it, my family was so proud of Daddy for planning such a great Spring Break and I just want to thank Blue Sky and the home owner for allowing us to create such a great memory there.

Down by the riverside

Wonderful place for our family Spring Break rendezvous. Great space for communal activities as well as privacy when needed. Cabin was aptly named - Forever View - for the gorgeous panorama especially at sunrise. We've already recommended Blue Sky to friends.

Forever View Cabin

Just returned from our family rendezvous in the Forever View cabin. What a cozy spot for our Florida family. Never expected snow over Spring Break but what a welcome surprise, especially for our grandchildren and Pop Pop's photo opportunities. The size of the cabin was ideal for our family, offering adequate communal space as well as privacy when needed. The cabin is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The few minor issues were quickly addressed by the management company and maintenance personnel. The cabin - Forever View -is aptly named for the picturesque view off the decks. We've already recommended Blue Sky Cabin Rentals to friends.

Hide and Creek

We never stay at the same cabin twice but would absolutely consider staying at awesome view again! The weather was 30 degrees colder than expected due to a cold front and we were perfectly happy staying in more then usual and playing cards with a beautiful fire to keep us warm. The roads nearby were just as beautiful as our hikes and our dog had a great time searching for all the magnificent smells around us! We always use blue sky rentals because we k ow the cabins will be clean and well taken care of.

Awesome View

This is the second year we have stayed in a Blue Sky Cabin, we will continue to use you when staying in the Ellijay/Blue Ridge area. Thanks for everything.

Lazy Bear Lodge

Overall, my experience was great. We found the place easily, had great views, very clean and had the kitchen and bathrooms amenities we needed. Had great board games and a nice pool table. The fireplace helped keep us warm and was a nice touch and jacuzzi was enjoyable. A great experience, will come back!

Quiet view

My husband and I had a great time! It was the perfect place to spend a weekend to ourselves and get a break from the kids.

Lazy Lake

The second you walk in you feel warm and cozy. Someone has obviously put a lot of thought into how people want to feel. You arrive to the cabin and find the bedroom. There are clean, folded towels with soap and shampoo bottles neatly placed on the beds. We found games for our family to enjoy and the hot tub ready to go. The cabin was clean and well organized. They even had some laundry pods neatly placed in a little tray next to the washing machine. We can't wait to stay again.
