We will definitely be back!

This cabin was in the perfect location on the river. It was clean and had everything we needed! I LOVED the screened in patio. It was PERFECT for resting, reading and playing with my daughter.

The pictures listed did not do the cabin justice. The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were quite pleased with the hot tub, games and privacy. We would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Knowledgeable and easy to work with!

The walk to river was easy and the view was calming. We enjoyed our drive home each night and counting deer.

Christy was extremely caring and professional assisting us with A/C issue and the afternoon we lost water. She immediately communicated with water company and within 3 hours we had water in house aga.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thistle and Trout. The property was clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for the beginning of our trip. The rooms were large and comfortable, with space to be together or separate. The roads in and the driveway were a little scary the first time, but we adapted quickly. We loved the views of the river and were even able to catch a few fish! We would recommend Thistle and Trout to anyone looking for a stay in the Ellijay area.

The staff that I talked to on the phone were very helpful.

Next time I will come in a better vehicle to get up that mountain! We all had a wonderful time!

Wonderful job!!! We were pleasantly surprised by the cornhole and board games, would definitely recommend including that in the description, we look for it when searching for stays and it made our stay that much better!
